Hotel Parque Central - Monterrey

We appreciated the room, it was big size.

Location: the hotel was not far from all main attractions, and amusement parks, downtown. A cool bonus was nearby Montana Restaurante, that offered tea and coffee.

Some people working there were miserable.

Great bed, renovated bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a dining area in the room. Particularly nice views of city.

Great way to end our vacation.

I spent 5 nights at this small hotel with a very spacious and impeccably clean room, right across from Parque Alameda, perfect for leisurely walks and enhances the experience of discovering nearby attractions like the Macroplaza and the Mexican History Museum, all within easy walking distance.

Solid location across from a well-maintained park allows for easy access to nearby attractions. The room's size was so nice, providing ample space and immaculate cleanliness.

Some issues cropped up that can dampen the experience a bit. The bathroom felt constricted, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, dropping in and out at annoying times. The breakfast selection was repetitive and basic. A few appliances were checked out, like the TV and electrical outlets, which required some fussing to work properly.

The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially loved that there were no carpets. The staff were always cheerful and cute.

Pillows were too soft for a good night's sleep.

The location near the main attractions is fantastic. The King Room was spacious, looked super fresh, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool. The pillows were too soft for my liking, and a mini-fridge would have been handy for drinks on hot days. The complimentary breakfast was basic, lacking variety.

The room was surprisingly spacious and super clean, with a nice hot shower that felt amazing after a long day. I loved lounging by the refreshing pool and finding a quiet spot at the small garden area. My only small hiccup was the Wi-Fi acting up a bit, but it didn’t take away from my overall stay. I’d definitely come back again! 😊

The room size was generous with a very comfortable bed, made for a restful sleep. I appreciated having a clean environment, free of carpets, which helped with my allergies.

Needs serious attention to cleanliness, especially on the floors!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating, and the drains didn't drain properly-an unexpected inconvenience!!! A mini-fridge would be a simple yet valuable addition!!!

I recently enjoyed a stay where the rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfy! The absence of carpets was a real benefit for my allergies. I was impressed by how clean everything was, especially the spotless bathroom.

Consider asking for a higher floor room to reduce outside noise. It made a significant difference .
